1. Who we are
ThriveField is a service for field-service companies to manage customers, jobs, quotes, invoices and their field team. Each company that uses ThriveField decides what data it enters about its own customers and staff; ThriveField processes that data on the company's behalf.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: name, e-mail, phone, role and an encrypted password.
- Company data: company name, settings, plan and billing status.
- Customer data entered by the company: names, contact details, service addresses, quotes, invoices and payments.
- Job data: schedules, notes, checklists and photos taken during jobs.
- Location: staff location is captured only at the moment of clock in and clock out.
- Push notification tokens of the devices where you use the mobile app.
3. What we use it for
To provide the service: sign-in, scheduling, time tracking, payroll, invoicing, notifications and support. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.
4. Who we share it with
- The e-mail provider configured by your company (to send quotes, invoices and notifications).
- Stripe, to process subscription payments.
- The push notification service of Apple or Google, to deliver notifications to your device.
- Infrastructure providers that host the service, under confidentiality obligations. We share data with authorities only when required by law.
5. How long we keep it
Data is kept while the company's account is active. Session data expires automatically. When you delete your account, your personal data is erased immediately (see below); records that belong to the company, such as jobs, invoices and payroll, are kept without your name for the company's legal and accounting obligations.
6. Your rights and deleting your account
- You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data.
- You can delete your account yourself in the web panel: open My Account and use "Delete my account". Your access is removed and your name, e-mail, phone and sign-in credentials are erased and your devices stop receiving notifications.
- Records that belong to the company are kept, without your name wherever the system links it to you: jobs, invoices, payroll and time records. Some company records may still contain personal details you or the company typed into them, such as audit logs, e-mail delivery logs, notifications and the service addresses of a customer record. To have those corrected or removed, contact the company or write to us.
- The sole owner of a company must add another owner before deleting their account.
7. Security
Passwords are stored hashed, connections use HTTPS and access is restricted by role and company.
